      Group Bicycle Rides

2023-06-04 Cheyenne Cycle Sunday - Rodeo Roping

Welcome to Cheyenne Cycling Sunday! Cheyenne Cycling Sunday is an up and coming cycling group that cycles around the city of Cheyenne, Wyoming.

HEADSUP! This one will start at 4:15 PM MOUNTAIN TIME! This is in an effort to work around Cheyenne Slow Roll's ride out special (find the Slow Roll event page here) in case there are overlap riders that may want to ride with both groups (please note this is NOT a collaboration at this time). It's only about a 3-mile ride (2.9 miles) from Holiday Park to United Nations Park via the bike path, and even at 10 MPH, that's less than 20 min away! If you would like to take off from Holliday Park, you can; alternatively, you can come with me back to United Nations Park.

About: Don't be mistaken; this ride is open to anyone and everyone who wishes to ride along! We ride between 10 and 20 mph throughout the ride so that other riders can keep up; this isn't a race. For now, the routes will typically be between four and seven miles in length.

Time and place: Meet up at 4:15 PM Mountain Time on Monroe Avenue at United Nations Park next to the playground and tennis courts! The route will start and end United Nations Park with an EXCEPTION: If you wish to jump off on your own at Holliday Park, you are totally free to do so.
